Product Description
Features
18Ni300 steel is an ultra-low carbon Fe-Ni alloy, which corresponds to the US grade M300 and the European grade 1.2709. 18Ni300 steel is made of carbon-free or micro-carbon martensite as matrix, and alloy compounds such as Mo, Co, Ti and Al are precipitated in the aging process to form a second phase strengthened ultra-high strength steel. Compared with traditional steel, 18Ni300 steel has excellent weldability, thermoplasticity, workability, and good toughness while having ultra-high strength.

Injection mold parts
Maraging steel: The 18Ni(200), 18Ni(250) and 18Ni(300) steels with yield strengths of 1400, 1700 and 1900MPa were obtained by age hardening by adding different contents of cobalt, molybdenum and titanium into Fe-Ni martensitic alloys. Applications Martensitic steel has been widely used in rocket engine shell, missile shell, uranium isotope centrifuge high-speed rotor, helicopter landing gear, high pressure vessel, rotor shaft, gear, bearing, high pressure sensor, fastener, spring, aluminum alloy extrusion die and casting die, precision die, cold die and so on.
