Product Description
1.Overview
The gas atomization powder manufacturing equipment melts metal or alloy in vacuum or inert gas protection condition. The metal liquid passes through preheated crucible and runs down from conveying tube. High-pressure gas flow disintegrates melt into fine droplets. These droplets solidify in flight into powder in spherical or semi-spherical shape.
The whole gas atomization production line includes gas atomization powder manufacturing equipment, nitrogen circulating system, powder classification system etc..
