Solid Lubricant GR
Solid Lubricant GR, black powder, a lubricant for drilling fluid using graphite as the main raw material, can be fully dispersed in drilling fluids and quickly adhere to borehole and BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly) so as to reduce friction coefficient. It can be directly added into water-based drilling fluids and its recommended dosage is 3.5-7.0 ppm (parts per million). This solid lubricant is specially designed to enhance the performance of drilling fluids by providing an extra layer of protection against friction and wear, ultimately leading to longer tool life and reduced maintenance costs.

- Good lubricating capability to be applied in complicated wells such as horizontal and directional wells.
- Resist high temperature up to 200 ºC, so it can be applied in deep wells or ultra-deep wells.
- Resist salt, calcium and magnesium, so it can be applied in freshwater, saltwater; saturated saltwater and seawater drilling fluids.
- Non-toxic and has no harm to environment.
- Low fluorescence to be applied in exploration wells.
- Match with other additives well.
They shall be avoided contact with eyes, skins and clothes, otherwise flush it with clean water.

Shandong Deshunyuan Petro Sci & Tech Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "DSY") is located in Shengli Oilfield (The second largest oilfield in China) of Dongying city. The company was founded in 1999 with 24.5 million USD registered capital. It is a high-tech enterprise which is dedicated to the new petroleum technology development and application. The company has more than 100 acres of drilling fluid workshops and more than 30, 000 MT annual production capacity of drilling fluid additives.
The main business covers drilling fluid additives production, drilling fluid engineering service, harmless disposal technology service of drilling waste, R&D of chemicals for Oilfield. DSY provides drilling fluid products and technical proposal for the customers to help them maximize the productivity and cost-efficiency of their drilling operations.
They shall be packaged in 25kg multi-wall paper sacks. They shall be stored in a shady, dry, and ventilated place.
