Product Description
Chromium Carbide Overlay
We have two kinds of production techinique:
1, Submerged arc hardfacing welding(Cr30)
2, Open arc welding(Cr20)
Fusion Line
The overlay and base plate are well boding.
Our chromium carbide overlay will penetrate into the base plate 0.8mm-1.8mm, reaching up to 350Mpa in our tests.

Wodon hardface wear plate is composed of many welding beads and the wear resistant overlay contains a series of evenly spaced
herringbone cracks.These transversely distributed cracks relief the structure's tension improving wear plate's performance. The Cracks are
distributed throughout the overlay thickness, but end up on the base plate's surface.Those Cracks don't have any effect to the machining
properties and no fall off the wear resistant overlay.
