Introduction of skyline high pressure water atomization equipment:
The main mechanism includes smelting furnace, insulation tundish, high-pressure water atomizer, high-pressure water pump and water source system, atomization tower, water and powder separation system, electrical control system, etc. The molten metal melted under the protection of the atmosphere is poured into the heat preservation tundish crucible, and is introduced into the high-pressure water atomizer through the restrictive flow tube connected with the heat preservation tundish crucible. The high-speed water jet breaks the metal liquid into the atomization tower. It is transformed into a large number of small droplets, which are quickly condensed and solidified by water, and deposited in the water of the atomization tower, after dehydration, drying, and deoxidation, to produce subspherical or irregular shape powder particles.
