Introduction
Coil transfer powder coating is a thermosetting powder coating with excellent weather resistance based on saturated carboxyl polyester resin and TGIC curing agent as the main base material. It is specially used for base film spraying in thermal transfer technology. After the coil powder coating is rapidly cured, through thermal transfer technology, various appearance effects can be formed on the surface of the base film, such as imitation wood grain, marble grain, transfer grain, or hand feeling, etc. The grain is clear and the permeability is good, easy to tear paper, with good flexibility, and bending resistance, the obtained coil transfer powder coating pre-coated board is suitable for workshops, aluminum profiles, metal furniture, security doors, home decoration, and other products.
The special powder coating for coil transfer that our company has developed for three years has been successfully applied in a Foshan Plate Company. After the spraying is completed, it can be directly transferred, and the coil is transferred to the powder coating printing plate. The production speed of the product far exceeds the production speed of similar paintings in Europe and the United States, reaching the domestic leading and international advanced level.
This product adopts a number of innovative technologies to solve a series of technical problems such as rapid curing and rapid transfer of coil powder coatings. Compared with traditional thermal transfer powder coatings, it requires 180"-240" transfer time, and powder coating only needs 20"-40" transfer time, the transfer time is short and the effect is clear. The product performance not only meets the technical standards of the coil industry, but also is superior to the current paint coating performance in key properties such as bending resistance, acid and alkali resistance, hardness, and aging resistance.

Coil transfer special powder coating has the characteristics of simple construction, strong decoration, one-time spraying, clear transfer effect, easy-to-tear paper, etc. Compared with solvent-based transfer coating, the spraying has a high utilization rate, is not easy to scratch, is environmentally friendly, and has no VOC emission, energy saving, and excellent comprehensive coating performance.
The coating is beautiful, with good texture and scratch resistance, and the thickness of one spray can reach 25-80μm

Application Field:
1. This product can be used for coiled steel and coiled aluminum color-coated panels. Because of its convenient installation, high strength, easy cleaning, and impact resistance, it is widely used in workshops, prefab houses, residential prefabricated components, roofs, ceiling curtain walls, containers, isolation barriers, household appliances, furniture, containers, door frames, etc.
2. Coil transfer powder coatings of 30m/min-120m/min can be designed according to requirements.
3. According to the appearance requirements, the transfer powder coating can be designed with different effects such as leveling, sand pattern, and touch.
