Vacuum Induction Melting Inert Gas Atomization Powder Production Equipment
Technical principle:
Under vacuum or inert gas atmosphere, molten metal is poured into insulation tundish, then flows through the draft tube, eventually crushed and atomized into extremely tiny droplets by a high-pressure gas atomizer, forming spherical or sub-spherical powder by the effect of surface tension during the process of cooling, the powder is collected by containers connected to atomizing tower and gas-powder separation system.

This equipment mainly comprised of vacuum melting furnace, insulation tundish(single or double), powder collection system, atomizing tower with vacuum insulation valve, tight coupling supersonic gas atomizer, vacuum system, high-pressure gas supplying and controlling system, water cooling system, electrical control system, etc.
