Product Introduction:
Indoor expansion type steel structure fireproof coating is a new product that meets the national fire protection standards for steel structure engineering and components, and has good decorative effects. The execution standard is GB14907-2018. It is a similar product to the execution standard GB14907-2002 for indoor thin and ultra-thin steel structure fireproof coatings. Our company has mature production processes to ensure stable product quality.
This coating is made by using various organic resins and inorganic polymer materials through special assembly processes, bonding the base material, adding expansion catalysts, carbonizing agents, fire retardants, additives, and pigments through high-speed dispersion, grinding, and other processes. This coating has outstanding fire resistance, thin coating, strong adhesion, high fire resistance limit, and fast drying during construction. In the event of a fire, the coating will rapidly expand and form a dense insulation layer when exposed to fire, preventing the transfer of heat to the steel substrate and highlighting the decorative effect.
It can be widely used for fire protection of steel structure surfaces in auditoriums, cinemas, hotels, hospitals, office buildings, shopping malls, as well as special buildings (petrochemical facilities, substations, etc.), transportation, electronics and telecommunications, machinery manufacturing, and other industries. Water based or solvent based (i.e. water-based or oil-based) can be selected according to regulatory requirements. 1. Before construction, the steel surface should be derusted, oil stains and floating soil should be removed, and anti rust paint should be applied;
2. Indoor expansion type steel structure fireproof coating can be applied by brushing or spraying. The use of brushing technology for construction is the same as that of ordinary paint brushing method; The spraying construction adopts a self weight spray gun and uses a small air compressor air source for spraying construction. The air compressor pressure is adjusted to 0.4-0.6Mpa;
3. Before applying the paint, use a handheld mixer to mix the paint evenly. Pay attention to the consistency of the coating. If it is too thick, it can be diluted appropriately;
4. The thickness of each coating should not flow downwards. Generally, the thickness of the first coating should be around 0.3-0.5mm. After the previous coating has solidified, the next coating should be applied until it reaches the thickness required by the fire resistance limit level;
5. Before the coating is fully cured, it should not be exposed to rain. When the wind force is greater than level 4, wind protection measures should be taken during spraying construction;
6. The coating is generally white, and if there are special needs for other colors, it depends on the customer's requirements.
Packaging and Transportation:
1. The construction temperature should be above 5 ºC, and the relative temperature should be ≤ 90%;
2. Indoor expansion type steel structure fireproof coating plastic bucket packaging. Do not store outdoors or expose to sunlight.
3. The storage temperature is 0-35 ºC, and the effective storage period of the product is 6-12 months.
4. During transportation, measures should be taken to prevent rain, direct sunlight, freezing, and impact, and relevant regulations of the transportation department should be followed.
