· Customers report repair o to our after-sales service team by phone, mail or online system 
· Our after-sales service team will confirm the fault information and record it in the after-sales service system. 
2.2 Troubleshooting and Analysis
· According to the fault description provided by the customer, our after-sales service team will preliminarily judge the possible causes of the fault according to the experience and provide preliminary solutions.
· If necessary, we will arrange engineers to go to the site for troubleshooting, and take appropriate test methods and tools to further determine the cause of the failure. 
2.3 Maintenance plan provided
· After determining the cause of the failure, our engineers will provide a detailed repair plan, including the required spare
parts, the required tools and the time required for repair.
· We will fully communicate with customers to ensure that the maintenance plan meets the needs of customers, and negotiate to determine the maintenance time. 
2.4 Maintenance Execution
· After the customer confirms the maintenance plan, we will arrange professional engineers to go to the site for equipment
