Nickel-based alloy powder is a kind of alloy powder widely used on the market, which is mainly used for steel parts, wear-resisting, anticorrosive, rust prevention, etc. The brands are divided into high hardness and low hardness two types, high hardness wear-resisting, low hardness repair in processing.
Nickel-based alloy powder introduction editor broadcast
The powder is one of the most widely used self - fusible alloy powders. It has excellent comprehensive performance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, heat resistance, low stress abrasive wear resistance and good impact toughness. Low melting point, wide range of solid-liquid temperature, strong wetting ability for a variety of matrix and WC particles, easy to operate.
Excellent self-melting, wettability and spray welding, spray welding layer has high hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, difficult to cut, wet grinding is appropriate.
Technology requires editing to broadcast
1. For the chemical composition of powder and hardness of spray welding layer, please refer to the table. Among them, chemical composition, hardness and particle size of spray welding layer are assessment indicators
And quality inspection basis, oxygen content and melting point are not used as quality inspection basis.
2, powder size,70-300μm, 50-106μm
3, spraying method, plasma spray welding, oxyacetylene spray welding
4, the appearance of the powder is metallic luster, shall not be affected by moisture, deterioration or containing rust, oil, etc
Test methods and inspection rules are edited
The chemical composition, particle size and hardness of the spray coating of the alloy powder shall be tested in accordance with JB/T 3168.2 and JB/T 3168.3.
Rule of inspection
1. The chemical composition, spray welding hardness and particle size of the powder must be inspected according to the batch number before leaving the factory. The qualified batch shall not be less than 200Kg.
2, powder inspection, should be in the same batch of powder in different places to take 5 patterns, the total weight of not less than 2K, after mixing evenly,
Then use the double subtraction method to reduce to the required amount, when testing the chemical composition, the recommended particle size of 70~100μm powder pattern
3, the inspection does not meet the standard of powder, should be reinspected according to the above rules. After reinspection, only one of the patterns
If the powder does not meet the requirements of this standard, the powder shall be judged as unqualified powder
Package editor broadcast
1, powder can choose 1, 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 50Kg weight packaging
2. Within 10Kg, the packing shall be vacuum packed or bottled, and 25kg to 50kg shall be bottled

(1) nickel-chromium alloy thermal spraying powder: there are many kinds of this kind of thermal spraying powder, such as nickel-chromium heat-resistant alloy, which is made by adding 20% chromium in nickel. Ni - Cr alloy has almost no oxidation at high temperature, and is a typical coating material resistant to heat, corrosion and oxidation. The coating is compact and has good bonding performance with the matrix metal. It is the transition layer material between the coating and the matrix of ceramic, soft metal and other materials, which can not only increase the resistance of the matrix to high-temperature gas erosion, but also improve the bonding strength between the coating and the matrix material.
(2) nickel - chromium - iron alloy thermal spraying powder: This kind of thermal spraying powder is in nickel - chromium to add appropriate iron, its high temperature oxidation resistance is slightly worse than nickel - chromium alloy, other properties are basically close to nickel - chromium alloy, the outstanding advantage is that the price is cheaper, so it can be used for corrosion resistance of the workpiece repair, can also be used for transition layer thermal spraying powder.
(3) Nickel-chrome-boron alloy thermal spraying powder: this alloy contains boron, chromium and carbon and other elements, relatively high hardness, toughness is moderate, after spraying, the coating wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance is good, can be used for shaft, piston and other anti-corrosion repair.
(4) nickel-aluminum alloy thermal spraying powder: nickel-aluminum alloy thermal spraying powder is commonly used to lay the bottom, and each particle of it is composed of fine nickel powder and aluminum powder. When sprayed, the thermal sprayed powder is heated to more than 600 degrees Celsius through the flame. There is a strong chemical reaction between nickel and aluminum, forming intermetallic compounds and giving off a lot of heat. At the same time, part of the aluminum will oxidize, producing more heat. At this high temperature, nickel can be diffused into the base metal, which can significantly improve the bonding strength of the coating. Another remarkable characteristic of the nickel-aluminum composite thermal spraying powder is that the coating surface formed after spraying is rough, so it provides an ideal surface to connect with other spraying materials. The expansion coefficient of nickel-aluminum composite thermal sprayed powder is close to that of most steels, so it is also an ideal intermediate coating material. [2]
Nickel-based alloy powder use editor broadcast
Suitable for oxygen-acetylene flame or plasma spray welding process, often used for corrosion resistance, wear resistance, especially resistance to sliding wear parts of the preventive protection and repair, such as wire drawing drum, CAM, plunger, rolling machine conveyor roller.
Points to note:
1. Please weld strictly according to the requirements of oxygen-acetylene flame or plasma spray welding process [2].
2. When using small and medium-sized spray torch, -150 powder should be selected, and -150/+320 powder should be selected when using large spray torch.
3. If the alloy powder has moisture absorption phenomenon, or the storage period is more than 3 months, it should be dried before use (120ºC, heat preservation for 2 hours).
