Product Application
Evaporation deposition utilizes resistance heating or electron beam to supply energy for solid to vapour transition of the material to be deposited. Vapour generated from source materials is transported to substrate surface where nucleation and growth of thin films occur. Resistance evaporation is mature, of low cost and widely used in the deposition of metals and organic compounds, whereas electron beam evaporation offers high purity, very high deposition rates and can be used to deposit reactive materials. These techniques are particularly suited for OLED, perovskite solar cells, semiconductors and other metal-organic industries/researches.
Magnetron sputtering:
Magnetron sputtering deposition is characterized by film uniformity and strong film-substrate adhesion, and is widely used in preparing thin film metals, oxides, semi- and superconductors for photovoltaics, LED, surface engineering, microelectronics and thin film technologies.
Arc deposition:
Cathodic Arc Deposition - material is vaporized from a cathode target and deposited to a substrate, through use of an electric arc.
