Niobium powder, melting point 2468ºC, boiling point 4742ºC, density 8.57g/cm3. Niobium is stable in the air at room temperature, and is not completely oxidized when it is red hot in oxygen, and directly combines with sulfur, nitrogen and carbon at high temperatures, and can form alloys with titanium, zirconium, hafnium and tungsten. It does not interact with inorganic acids or bases and is insoluble in WANGSHUI.

Application
1. Niobium powder is generally obtained by reduction method, atomization method and powder metallurgy method, and its appearance is dark gray, which is used for processing raw materials and producing welding rods.
