Graphite boat is graphite mold. The graphite mold itself is a carrier, which can put the raw materials and parts that we need to locate or finalize together in the graphite mold for sintering and forming at high temperature. Graphite mould is made of artificial graphite by mechanical processing. So graphite mold sometimes become graphite boat, also known as graphite ship.
In order to improve the service life of graphite boat burning board, our company has a mature spraying zirconia coating technical scheme, to avoid pollution of sintering medium, after coating processing graphite boat has high temperature resistance, thermal expansion coefficient is small, quenching and heat resistance characteristics. At present, the technology is widely used in manufacturing cemented carbide sintering, powder metallurgy and vacuum sintering.
