This product is made of a cesium-tungsten bronze material, with silicone modified resin and other materials. Cesium-tungsten has good near-infrared shielding performances and can block the wavelength of >1~100nm near-infrared light. The infrared shielding performance and thermal insulation performance of the film are enhanced by the properties of the cesium-tungsten bronze material. Compared with untreated glass, the thermal insulation temperature difference of glass coated with our coating can achieve a difference of 13.5ºC (untreated vs. treated).

Application Process	1. Basic treatment: clean away dirt, oil and other stains before application.
	2. Spraying method: maintain the nozzle 15~20cm from the glass, evenly spraying the glass; any missed spots, you can spray again.
	3. Wipe the film: use the matching sponge on the glass at 45° downward angle, gently and evenly wipe the film, so that the material covers the whole surface completely.
Note: Wiped surface will quickly form a film, this is normal - do not wipe repeatedly which can cause damage to the film.

Thermal Insulation Principle

Nano-sized, Cesium Tungsten Bronze material has excellent near-infrared absorption characteristics.  Usually, the transmittance at 950nm can be less than 10% if 2g is added to the coating per square meter.

Using this characteristic, Nano-Cesium Tungsten Bronze will be aligned in an orderly manner in the transparent film through scientific mixing and brushing after forming the film.

When the sunlight passes through the transparent film, 95% of the heat energy will be reflected, which achieves the effect of thermal insulation.
