Under expansion of scale and reform of shareholding system, it was renamed in 2018 as "Hunan Skyline Smart Material & Technology Co., Ltd." with 92 employees currently, including 34 technical and R&D personnel,58 production and management personnel.
SKYLINE proudly developed the first inert gas atomization(1995) and plasma atomization(2016) powder production equipment of China.
SKYLINE has applied 84 patents in China, including 16 patents for plasma atomization powder production equipment.

Vacuum Induction Melting Inert Gas Atomization Powder Production Equipment - VIGA
Technical principle:
Under vacuum or inert gas atmosphere, molten metal is poured into insulation tundish,then flow through tundish orifice, eventually turned into spray of micro-droplets by high pressure gas atomization nozzle system, forming spherical or sub-spherical powder by effect of surface tension during process of cooling, the powder is collected by containers connected to atomizing tower and gas-powder separation system.
Equipment overview:
This equipment mainly comprised of vacuum melting furnace, insulation tundish(single or double),powder collection system, atomizing tower with vacuum insulation valve, tightly-coupled supersonic gas atomizer, vacuum system, high pressure gas supplying and controlling system, water cooling system, electrical control system, etc.
Superiorities and features:
1. Online monitoring oxygen content of gas during atomization, which greatly help controlling oxygen content of powder.
2. Video surveillance function available on critical system like atomizing tower.
3. With application of key technology known as "tight coupling supersonic gas atomizer", it can produce powder 4. with high proportion of superfine size but consume less inert gas, in the meantime, decrease pore quantity in particles.
